The Hip-Smart Yoga Program is my signature 1-1 was developed after I learned how to ease and manage my own hip pain. Yoga enthusiasts can manage hip pain within 12 weeks and feel more energetic, move freely, and have a better quality of life.

Hey there, I'm Tonya Yancey. If we haven't crossed paths before, allow me to share a glimpse of my story. As a mother of two grown kids, I have faced my fair share of struggles, particularly with managing and healing my hip injury. I understand the frustration, overwhelm, and discouragement that can come with persistent pain and discomfort.
Driven by my own journey, I embarked on a path of becoming a Yoga Teacher with a singular purpose – to help practitioners like you who yearn for relief from hip-related challenges. I am here to empower you, to help you reduce pain and discomfort, and to guide you towards the vibrant hip health you deserve.

When are the weekly classes?
Currently, Live classes are on Mondays at 11 am (Pacific) and Wednesdays at 5 pm (Pacific) USA.
What if I can not join the Live class(es)?
All the calls are recorded and are included in your membership.
Are classes beginner friendly?
Yes! You can always turn off your web camera depending on your comfort level. I will meet you at your level.
