Before we venture into the area of setting goals, let's pause and reflect on your "why." Why do you practice yoga? What drives you to unroll your mat each day? Identifying this purpose is the compass that will guide you through your yoga journey. If there's one suggestion not to skip, it's this one—knowing your "why" is the foundation of meaningful progress.

Unlocking the Power of 90-Day Goals

Setting 90-day goals has been transformation a in my practice and that of my students. This approach provides a tangible timeframe, allowing for focused efforts and tangible outcomes. Choosing Your Goals

Let's emphasize the importance of identifying your "why." It's the driving force behind your goals, anchoring them in purpose and significance. Don't rush through this step; let your "why" light your path.

Setting Expectations: Good, Better, Best

As you embark on your journey, set expectations with care. Borrowing from the wisdom of Amanda McKinney, consider good, better, and best expectations. In Michelle's case, eliminating soft drinks could be good, eliminating all processed sugar better, and sourcing sugars from plants for optimal energy and well-being could be the best.
