I am thrilled to share these two incredible books with you. Personally, I have been using both of these books for years to not only understand but also heal my body, mind, and spirit. Recently, I've been dealing with some abdominal pressure, and let me tell you, it's not the most pleasant experience. If you've ever felt that uncomfortable, sometimes painful pressure in your abdomen, you know exactly what I mean. Thankfully, I've consulted with a doctor, and everything has been thoroughly examined and is completely fine. However, I turned to these two books once again to find solace and healing for my gut.
