Meet Yoga Teacher Tonya
Hey there, I'm Tonya Yancey.
If we haven't crossed paths before, allow me to share a glimpse of my story. As a mother of two grown kids, I have faced my fair share of struggles, particularly with managing and healing my hip injury. I understand the frustration, overwhelm, and discouragement that can come with persistent pain and discomfort.
Driven by my journey, I embarked on a path of becoming a Yoga Teacher with a singular purpose – to help practitioners like you who yearn for relief from hip-related challenges. I am here to empower you, to help you reduce pain and discomfort, and to guide you towards the vibrant hip health you deserve.

Flow into Yoga with Tonya is a monthly membership that offers vinyasa yoga classes twice a week with class replays. You can cancel at any time.
Want to take on a journey that nurtures your body, mind, and soul? Join Tonya's inspiring online weekly yoga classes and experience the true essence of yoga as a whole-body journey. Yoga is more than just a physical practice; it is a journey toward balance, harmony, and growth throughout your life. Guided by Tonya's seasoned expertise, these classes are suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis. Designed for individuals of all levels, each session fosters well-being and allows everyone to explore self-discovery.
These classes will be an opportunity to connect, flow, and strengthen together. We'll meet twice weekly on Zoom, Mondays at 9:30 a.m., Tuesdays at 2 p.m., and Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. PST, for engaging 60-minute vinyasa yoga sessions. Classes cost $39.95 per month and are worth this small investment in your health.
A Zoom link will be sent to the email address associated with your confirmation.

How to join our live-streaming virtual yoga classes:
1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (this app is free)
2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page
3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email to use when class begins.
4. You’ll also get a reminder email 1 hour before the start time.
5. When class begins, you will be admitted from the "waiting room."
6. You can turn on or off your video. When class begins, all participants will be muted. Let's practice together and have a great time.
