Hi, I'm Tonya!

I'm a yoga teacher who helps yogis find long-term solutions to their hip pain so that they can improve overall hip health, improve mobility, flexibility, and comfort so that they can manage, ease, and potentially eliminate hip pain. 


I grew up in Oregon, but have lived throughout the United States with my husband and our two children (who are now grown). I've lived in Missouri, and Mississippi, and now reside in Southern California - and I love California.


My greatest joy is my family - but second to that is helping yogis deepen their yoga practice and find pain relief. As a teacher, it is an honor to witness the success of my students.

Why I created this:

Driven by my journey, I embarked on a path of becoming a Yoga Teacher with a singular purpose – to help practitioners like you who yearn for relief from hip-related challenges.

The workshop consists of pre-recorded lessons delivered online. You'll receive access to all the lessons when purchased. The content can be consumed at your own pace and convenience and you have the option to download each lesson.

Yes, the workshop is designed to be accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners, including beginners.
