Guided by Tonya's seasoned expertise, these classes are suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis. Designed for individuals of all levels, each session fosters well-being and allows everyone to explore self-discovery.
These classes will be an opportunity to connect, flow, and strengthen together. We'll meet three times a week on Zoom, on Mondays at 9:30 a.m., Tuesdays at 2 p.m., and Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. PST, for 45 to 60-minute soothing vinyasa yoga sessions. Classes cost $39.95 per month and are worth this small investment in your health.
A Zoom link will be sent to the email address associated with your confirmation.

How to join our live-streaming virtual yoga classes:
1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (this app is free)
2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page
3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email to use when class begins.
4. You’ll also get a reminder email 1 hour before the start time.
5. When class begins, you will be admitted from the "waiting room."
6. You can turn on or off your video. When class begins, all participants will be muted. Let's practice together and have a great time.
